WRAP
All Lavender Ghost purchases will arrive wrapped sustainably. All paper products are made from 100% recycled materials. Certain items are so fragile that we will wrap them in a layer of bubble. The green bubble wrap contains the highest volume of recycled material that we were able to find on the market. If the bubble you receive is clear, it has been recycled. Hopefully we can phase this out as green materials advance.
SHIPPING
At this time shipping is only available in the United States. All items are shipped M-F by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight, in the order that they were received. Costs are based on weight and are calculated during checkout. New York sales tax will be added for New York residents.This may change due to Covid-19 closures.
RETURNS
All sales are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review all photos and descriptions. Condition issues will be clearly documented, so please do not purchase if you have doubts about any item. Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported to USPS and The Lavender Ghost within 3 days of receipt.
